QD Events deliver some of Scotland’s biggest events, creating live retail experiences for our visitors. Our portfolio ranges from conference led events, where influencers can extend their knowledge and business contacts, to large-scale consumer events, where dealers and retailers can meet qualified shoppers within a fun and exciting environment.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling exhibition space to existing and potential clients to maximise revenue across all our events. The role will be selling predominantly on our Sports, Fitness and Nutrition Event however flexibility is key as you may be required to sell across other events within the business.
The Sales Executive must have knowledge and experience within the sales industry, be self-motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets, have the ability to identify and research potential new business and work within a successful team in a busy working environment.
The ideal candidate should be a passionate individual who is confident working with clients face to face and on the phone, skilled in multi-tasking and be hands on with dedication and enthusiasm to ensure the best quality and service is given to each event.
The candidate must have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets with the ability to report accurate forecasts on a regular basis. Building long-lasting relationships with clients and all team members within the company, communicating clearly and concisely as well as managing the customer database are essential requirements for the role. Knowledge of the Fitness industry would also be advantageous.
